Good, but needs work!

The idea is great and, as a first version, it’s pretty good, but a lot of work is needed. For example the album art could be made bigger and without the shadow (I find it useless and distracting).

An issue that I’ve encountered is that my system.log files get filled with thousands of lines similar to these:

This makes my computer (Macbook Pro 13” 2.7GHz i7 16GB RAM/ 1TB 7200rpm HDD) slow to a crawl when the log file is being written and also fills system logs incredibily quickly: I now have 18 system.log.* files in /var/logs, each full of the messages above.
